The Brisbane Symphonic Band is Brisbane's premier community band with origins that date back to 1976. It is the band's strong history and friendly atmosphere that has kept it alive and thriving! The band regularly performs at its own concerts and at local and international festivals in conjunction with other artists.

The Brisbane Symphonic Band's other ensemble, BSB Swing!, a Glenn Miller style band, regularly performs at weddings, community street festivals, corporate events and has become much sought after for formal and informal events.
