Join BSB Swing as they dive into the world of Stevie Wonder, his music, his influences and inspirations. With charts from some of the jazz greats that inspired and the Wonder himself such as Sir Duke, You are the Sunshine of My Life and Isn't She Lovely. Featuring both instruments and vocals, it's sure to be a toe tapping afternoon to inspire the next generation of music.
Brisbane Symphonic Band is mashing it up with medleys of Aussie Rock greats, Songs from Shrek and Taylor Swift on Tour. Mixing it up even further with a mashup of folk tunes by Percy Grainger and Hultgren's noble 'High Country'. Grab your picnic blanket and join them for an afternoon of toe tapping music, mashes of Latin & Jazz favourites, plus Brisbane's own Adele Mitchell's thrilling 'The Warriors of Crimson Cove'.

From the warmth of Mozart's Adagio Clarinet Concerto featuring soloist Catherine Fitzgerald, to the light lift of love of jazz numbers from the 1920s and 40s and spectacle of Alfred Reed's 'El Camino Real' - The Royal Road.
Doors open 1.30pm, with great raffle prizes to be won and complimentary afternoon tea after the concert.
